Frances Ríos is a professional speaker fluent in English and Spanish,  and  sole   member of the National Speakers Association in Puerto Rico.

Her career goes beyond public speaking and communications, she is also known for her extraordinary skills in areas such as: strategic planning, corporate reputation building and crisis management.
